If God was male, why did he put bloke's knackers on the OUTside (I know that biologically speaking, it's to do with temperature). If God was male, surely they'd be nice and safe somewhere internally???

Fundamental design flaw??

Limit the limitless? What kind of an answer is that??!

And in response to another answer - how can I become more God-like - we were made inhis image, right? Therefore, I am Godlike by default!

Also, there is a lot on answers on here which make me think a lot of people have lost the ability of free thought and seem to be babbling on endlessly, almost like they've been brainwashed or something...

God is not physical, so he's not male or female in terms of where his knackers are. He doesn't have knackers.

God is spirit, and neither Male nore Female in the physical sense. He isn't physical, so he couldn't be either.

But there are other ways to think of male vs. female. Male is seen as active, dominant, and powerful, where as female is seen as passive, submissive, and weak. In that case, God is Male. On the reverse, Female is seen as supportive, loving, and kind, where as male is seen as pushy, aggressive, and mean. In that way, God is Female.

Instead of trying to make GOD human why don't you try to become more GOD LIKE. As for male genitalia when in combat they can be drawn into the body for protection. Have you ever heard or seen demo's of the martial art,CHE. GOD has protected his "TEMPLE" in ways you have not begun to imagine. LOVE is man's greatest "weapon".

God is not a being like us. We are created in His image, so wouldn't that imply that he has both qualities in His nature?? I don't think that His image is referring to physical state. I believe that it is more His character and those less tangible aspects of His being. He does refer to Himself as Father and Jesus as Son. I've never seen Him called mother or daughter.

God has no gender, is a spirit.
So He/She can be both or none...doesn't makes a difference.
People uses the masculine form because we need to call Him some way...for example we use father, but he is a mother too...

God is both male and female. If he put the knackers inside you'd be female.
