I have read this verse several times and it is clear that Jesus never thought his disciples would get caught. It was their fault for botching the theft. Not Jesus. And since Jesus was god the Horse belonged to him anyway. After the disciples were caught the owner did permit Jesus to borrow the horse.

There is no such actions in the bible. Even us borg know that. The owner of a donkey did lend the donkey to Jesus to ride on. Some human need proper education. We borg can provide direct knowledge injection if you prefer. We like you cat, assimilate with us.

I think you've confused a donkey for a horse and borrowing with stealing. He even instructs them to explain to the owners why it's needed should they appear.
