I like lots about french food.
I like thier style
I like their enthusiasm
I like their flavours
I like their ability to produce quality food time after time.
I like their knowledge of good food
I like the way they waste very little
Knowhere in Britain is their fish markets that sell fish on the scale of a medium sized French fish market.
One on the best dishes I have ever had was in Marseille, France
Duck in Red wine sauce with chips fried in duck fat. Unbelievable.

The food i saw in France were all pastries, sandwiches, bread. Nothing local. Can someone introduce me to some real French cuisine, things the folks usually eat. I've heard of snails and wine but these are not all im sure.. I've seen pasta and pizza but they are all italian.

Nothing, french food is the worst in Europe, jaques chraiq once said that Britai had the worst food in the world, why doesn't he look at his national cusine first? Why would the french eat somehing as majestic as the horse?
