Had my third child ( first one with second hubby) had my tubes tied after my csection ( 2nd one) . We have 4 kids altogether, but i kinda regret having it done now even though we both felt 4 is enough. I have 3 girls btw. Am i just being hormonal or selfish ?

i forgot to add they werent problem -free prgnancies either, all three tried to come early @ 28 weeks. Thanks all for the support.

I had my tubes tied 4 years ago. Since then I have divorced and it has become an issue with some of the guys I have dated because I wouldn't be able to give them a child of their own. I have considered having a reversal if the right man came along and I was still young enough to have another child.
I think anytime you do something so extreme you will come through times in your life that you will second guess yourself.

I had my tubes tied almost eight years ago and it is the only thing in life that I regret. If I could turn back time, I would have never had it done. To any woman out there who is contemplating having her tubes tied I say if you must do it try the reversible one or they also have clamps that are suppose to do the same thing and are removable if you change your mind later. Please weigh your options.

I'm 36 years old, I have a 16 y/o son and a 13 y/o daughter. I had my tubes tied the day after my duaghter was born. I personally wouldn't change a thing. My husband and I divorced shortly after my daughter was born, and I thought it could create a problem, if I started to date againg and met someone who wanted to have children. That wasn't the case...It's a major decision, but for me, it was a good one!! Good luck!

yes i regret my tubal sometimes... i got divorced and remarried and really wanted to give my current husband a child of his own.....
but i had high risk pregnancies.... three miscarriages...one baby that came at 37 weeks...one baby that came at 35 1/2 weeks and was born with a hole in his lungs and all sorts of other issues....and then one baby that tried to come at about 22 or 23 weeks and i had to be on meds and bedrest with him til he was full term....

i had that done too
i saw a new born baby a few days back and cried for hours, i want another baby, i know that my body was not able to cope well with the last pregnancy but still.......

yes i do i had mine tied but i was in a bad relationship but now im remarried and he wants ababy i to had complication with my three or let me say two now.but how can you on do something like that god never intended on us to do so thats our punishment for doing something aganist gods will if he wanted us to stop he would stop it were not to suppose to take matters in our own hand thats his job katzy coma atcha.
