My friend also adopted a small kitten from the same Petsmart I got mine from this past Friday...not sure if they are from the same litter or not. Her kitter is beginning to vomit and have mild diareah and is passing a tiny amount of blood...she cannot take him to vet until Tuesday...please tell me if this is something mild or fatal.

with time it can be fatal...but its probably worms or something. maybe just a problem with switching the diet so fast. Like from what the store was feeding them to what you are. But if its worms its most likely coccidia or rounds in a cat. Bring a stool sample to the vet and have them check it for worms.

With so much going on I would definetly try to get my kitten in soon as possible like maybe on a emergency visit, if you explain to the vet what's going on seem like they would suggest you to bring the kitten in right away and go from there. I definetly would not consider this mild.

it maybe the food she is feeding him. have her call her vet and ask them what she can do
