No because anybody could look down her top and not even mean to. She knew the top was low cut before she put it on. If she didn't want guys to look down her top she should have thought about this before she put it on.

as a chick, let me tell you, we NEVER "innocently" bend over infront of a guy. If we act pissed when we catch you taking a peek, its out messed up little way of being on gaurd. Go ahead, have fun.

It's a reflex, we can't help it. If it bothers her, she should choose clothes that prevent that from happening.
