My wife and I had mold in our old house and it made us both very sick and our chests were very heavy. Also, another cause could be pleurisy, I've had that too and it sucks.
go to the doc and find out for sure, its not worth it being something serious and not going.

dont think its anything to worry about. But i have a feeling its to do with a lot of stress both of you are facing and not getting enough fresh air. Open some windows and drink plenty of water and see how you both feel.
Doctors say 90% of the pains and aches patients feel are to do with depression and stress, and nothing actually physically wrong with the person. Isnt that amazing?

Go to a doctor. If you can't afford one, look to see if there are any free or low cost clinics in your area. It may be as simple as a cold or perhaps something you ate, but a worse scenerio is possible toxicants in your home. If you've just moved in, or just done some renovating or spraying, it's worth getting a quick toxic screening.

Sounds like acid reflux that my husband had and was taken to the ER. It's nothing to fool around with. Please get to your doctor. There are meds for this too.
