does any one know how & where to find a middle easter cook to work for me for at least 2 months for $2800?

Go to the website above and place an add. (Craig's List). But in New York...you have to be kidding. You could walk into any middle Eastern restaurant in the city and tell the waiter what you are looking for an there will be an amazing cook available who is probably washing dishes for a living and hoping the restaurant chef leaves so they have a shot at his job. Make up a flyer and hand it to as many waiters in Middle Eastern restaurants as you can. By the end of day one you will have dozens of phone calls!

Go to a restaurant that serves the food you like and try to buy out the staff to come work for you.
Alot of them (geez, this is so impolitically correct - I'm sure someone's going to send me hate mail -specially given my profession is a helping and empowering one based on fighting social-injustice stuff to a degree) are looking for a way out of a crappy restaurant job that pays poorly, has awful hours etc.

Honestly, you could even get two or three staff for that money - can you offer them room and board as well? If so, go hunting for staff that you can steal from a restaurant!!!

You r a misfit in NewYork. there is nothing like middle easter cook. Also there is nothing like easter cook. better cook yourself day in and day out so that your faculties have a chance to improve. If you r trying to show off your money - well that wont buy you much.
