Went camping this weekend.. in Florida. I was getting bit every 10secs and a couple were very very painful bites. Anyway where I was bit on my ankle and on my wrist, i swelled up pretty bad. Now its still a little swollen and red. I think Im Ok but it feels pretty bruised and would like to know what may have bit me. What should I watch for in case it was dangerous?? I WAS WEARING A LOT of repellant, they just love me, my husband got bit only 1x and I have about 30 all over, just a few where I had a bad reaction.

I'm the same way. Bugs love me and I am highly allergic. I carry benadryl and open one and put water with the powder and put on bite. It works. They do have cream now too. I just always carry the caps. Then I take two 25 mg. to prevent any systemic reaction. Not familiar with Florida bugs, I just know they grow big down there. If you haven't reacted in any bad way you are probably ok. Just look for any browning around the bites. If they get black or look like they are spreading get to the Dr. Otherwise keep clean and use witch hazel or alcohol on them to stop the itch. Witch hazel is cooling without the burn.

I don't think they are dangerous i think you might just be haveing an allergic reaction but you might want to talk to a doctor just in case there are some poisonous spiders down there I'm sure, if it keeps getting worse make an appoint ment to see a doctor. Bugs hate me i've only gotten bit by a spider once before

because you do not understand what variety bit you and also you're nonetheless alive today--pass to the Dr day after today and performance the Dr seem at it to make confident it wasn't a brown recluse chew. commonly you may have a bulls eye inflamation section and those bites can get authentic nasty quick.
