The Spaghetti Factory serves Spumoni after your meal. They say it cuts the garlic and makes you feel less full. It really does work and is very enjoyable.
Spumoni looks like Neapolitan only the flavors are pistachio, cranberry and chocolate. I know it does not sound good, but try it, you'll like.

After chinese you need a good tea , to help you disgest , the tea would be a white tea , that tea would help you disgest the huge amount of MSG , salt , sugar , oil you would have taken while eating your chinese.
