I eat whole grain cereal & brown bread & alot of salad & fruit

I don't think it is enough in quantity or in type of protein. There are other sources of protein like beans that you might consider. Also, there are non-dairy protein shake mixes that you might consider.

Im not sure whether it would count as 'enough' but don't forget that many things contain protien such as nuts, potatoes, grains and bread, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, aubergines etcetc etc so if you eat a good balanced diet you should be getting pleanty of protien without worry.

Not for the day. Maybe for one meal. There are so many things that you can get your protein from such as peanut butter and you probably need to think about taking some vitamin supplements.

To make up for your protein, consume more tofu & soy products (example soya bean drink if its available at your side). Do you consume eggs also? Egg is almost a complete food. Perhaps you can include 1 in your diet...
