Pulp is great fiber.
Add to your favorite Jello.
And muffins/cakes is a good idea also.
Thanks.

i have the juicer that fits in the Magimix, and that
certainly leaves you with a stiff fibrous paste that really
wouldn't be pleasant to eat.
The other thing I do is whizz up whole fruits and make
smoothies.
Yellow Smoothie:
1 small mango 1 medium banana juice of one orange 1 small
tub of 0% fat greek yoghurt
1/4 pint of skimmed milk 1 teaspoon of honey
Zizz the whole lot madly until you get a smooth thick
creamy consistency. Pour into tall glasses and slurp
through a fat straw.
Red Smoothie
2/2 pint frozen red fruits (I can buy a mix of all sorts of
red berries from my local farm shop)
3/2 pint fresh orange juice 2 bananas 1 teaspoon honey
Again, zizz the lot until nice and smooth, and serve
as before.

You can use the pulp in many muffin recipe or you can freeze it in those old fashioned ice cube trays. When the cubes freeze, put them into frezzer zip lock bags for later.
When you make sauces, chutney's etc. you can add a cube or more to your sauces. They are good in pork roast sauces, or other red meat sauces. If you have lots of citrus pulp, add it to cranberries and make a relish or cranberry sacue for Thanksgiving. If you make jelly, add to marmalade styles.
If you like ham, mix it with some brown sugar, maple syrup and mustard and spread it over the ham before baking to make a glaze.

If you are crafty...you can make your own paper from the pulp by spreading it out and letting it dry. Great for cards and stuff. Another great use is to have a small compost outside. It turns into the richest fertilizing mixture and you can use it in your garden or houseplants. If you have a vegetable garden. Just mix it directly into the soil around your plants.

get a pack of muffin mix, add the pulp to it with a little honey (to sweeten it up a tad) and bake. Otherwise, put into a cake (same as with muffins with the honey).
Otherwise you can put them into cookie mix stuff or use them to garnish a fresh garden salad.

If you are juicing friut that have edable skin (example apples, pears) you can always add the pulp to your tomatoe sauce. The sweetness takes out the aciddity out of the tomatoes

I think what they were saying is that you can run the pulp thru a blender and add it to muffins, etc. as fibre.
