A meritocracy (Based on ability), two parties, one females one males, the females will be run by a male and the males run by a female. The leaders will be elected based on merit, wisdom competence and ability.
Appropriate ministries according to governance of nurturing, technology wellbeing and distribution of wealth would be accorded to the appropriate genders that resonated with them.
It would be governance from a condition of "what works" through expedient diversity that was appropriate, relevant and required to build on ethics, values and integrity that served the whole.
No leader shall be under the age of 52 as they are in training, due to them not having the necessary education, foresight, wisdom or life experience to do the job. An analogy of that is this: - The butterfly knows what its like to be a caterpillar; the caterpillar doesn’t know what it's like to be a butterfly, Hello caterpillar!
The principles of governance are also available.

Well for the USA I would suggest scraping the whole political system!
what we should do is make a list of the country's best business leaders and academics pick ten and drag them kicking and screaming to be our new leaders for a four year term
Why drag them kicking and screaming?
no one in their right mind would want the job...
those who seek it out are automatically disqualified !

It has possibilities . There is no way that women can be controlled so that they overlook the "millions of mistakes" that their men make.
With a female overseeing a group of males they will surely revolt because of her constant harping and micro-managing of everything.
Unless the sexual urges of males have been excised, the male controlling the group of women will be constantly trying to get his women to his bed. ( It happened to one of our Presidents when he supervised just a few, imagine the chaos if he had a battalion of them).

That is what Communism is like. The sort of government you created is both weak and very succeptable to corruption. I am sorry but bad idea.
