technically, you have the right to abort BOTH children of yours... this might be a good bargaining chip when telling your daughter that she's aborting the child.
i dont care if she's 15 already, she belongs to you.

You have the right to go to jail, because this is considered incest. You have no rights to force an abortion on anyone, however I would think that would be the best thing for everyone involved. You are sick and twisted and it is people like you that make my opinion on abortion so strong!

You have no rights to force an abortion on anyone, in any of the 50 states. But you do have the right to a fair trial after you have been arrested for your sick deed.

As the situation you describe constitutes incest, I'm pretty sure you have no rights period. As for abortion, you have no rights, if you're related or otherwise...it's her body! Not yours!!! You need to walk away, let her offer the child the most normal life possible, if she chooses to keep it, and get yourself some professional help. And if you're a real man, you'll pay for professional help for her too, from a distance!
