My freind invited me to her jhandi and b-day party. If i dont go to the jhandi can i go to the party???

I dont know wut to do. A jhandi is likr 5 hours of sitting down while the pandit blesses the girl. if i dont go to the jhandi does it mean i can go to the prty.

THis is a friend right? Come on now whats 5 hours between friends. Go to both. Its shorta disrespectful to a friend if ya dont go to one but go to the other unless there is some Religious issues...
