i can hold mine under water and i love talking under water and singing underwater have u tryed it if not do it.you will end up floating in a few minutes.
I have held a note when i was singing which i do very often try singing on of whitney hustons song like i will always love you.i do alot of long notes to the breaking point.
done it loads of times.good luck.

I can hold mine for at least 55 seconds, probably more in a life-threating situation

I used to be able to go two to three minutes when I was fit. Some can get to five minutes with training, for free-diving.

I can do about 45 seconds, longer under water.
