I'm still feeling as sick as I was while I was there, had a colonoscopy on Friday and came home afterwards, I know that can make me feel bad but when do I decide it's time to call the doc since I'm still feeling as bad as while I was there? Hope this makes sense! Thanks

Just call your doctor NOW! They'll either have you come in or set your mind at ease.

I call the Dr. anytime I have diarrhea and a fever. A colonoscopy shouldn't knock you down like that, unless whatever you were in the hospital for also is working against you. When in doubt call your Dr. BTW I've have Chronn's for over 40 years - fortunately I've only had about 5 attacks though the last one damned near killed me 10 years ago.
