the names of the ppl tht u have given are old ones...of course they have done a lot for India...and we really appreciate tht...but if we remember their name...then how come we forget the ppl who lost their life in KARGIL WAR....KARGIL happened only 7 yrs ago...even now their family members, relatives and frds must be feeling the pain... in my view to die in a war is 'relatively' easier as compare to live with the pain of the their death....so not only the ppl who lost their life in Kargil..but also their family members and others..are real life heroes....that all i have to say !!

Yu cant defined one. and in doin so, yu hv to minimise/maximise others role.

Every one are greatest hero of our society. And all are compliments to each other. Everyone has a role to play and they did heroicly.

As the society demands; the hero emerges. Some times It was Ram, Krishna, Maharana Pratap, Smrat Ashok so on...a end less list and some time it was Gandhi Ji, Bhagat Singh, Subhas Bose and so on......................!!

Can yu any way minimise a role of unknown soldier who died for our country? No we cant!

That completely depends on your ideology, if u r an extremist type probably bhagat singh. if u r the next cheek type then definetely bapu. it would change from person to person, however contribution of each of them was neccessary for Indian freedom.

It would not be fair to zero on any single person. There have been heros in the various fields. We must respect all of them for their respective contributions.
