Yeah they can do, mainly because you generally sweat a lot more.
Ectasy is the worst for it as you dance and run around a lot which doesn't help the situation. On their own the risk is only slighlty increased as long as their done in moderation, if you end up getting adicted to coke then just look at kate moss, more craters than the moon!
Everyone above me should shut up n have some fun, it won't kill you, promise!

unless your recreational drugs come with a guarantee and are quality controlled....

I was just reading an article about how hash can be 'cut' with ash, boot polish, used sump oil and even animal excrement.

I would thinks spots are the least of your worries

Not directly, but you can get spots from bad lifestyle habits due to taking recreational drugs and not looking after yourself properly.

Depends what you are doing while you are on them, don't think they cause them directly, unless the increased sweat brings them out, oh and if you have a smoke passing out without wshing might not help, try face wipes they are quicker and less effort and you can passout nucley on the bed

Boy they sure do.

I spilled some AstroBlast on my new jeans the other day, and my mother hasn't been able to get the stain out yet. She is so ticked off that she won't even talk to me.

Depends really what your skin is like usually, if you sweat alot on certain drugs yes, your skin will obviously be affected with all teh toxins..othe rdrugs no not all all
