try a good junk yard they probably got a good wrecked one you can get one off of,,,i own a repair shop,,and this is where i go when i need some of the smaller parts like this,,and there cheap too that's always a good thing,,good luck i hope this help,s.

My Ford Taurus is in the junk yard now. I had replaced the same knob after trying to repair the bloody thing. Your best bet is to get one at an auto wrecker as this is cheapest. You also mignt try to find a different knob from an old stereo or radio to get you by for awhile.

jcwhitney.com has all sort of things like this...they may not be an exact replacement though, so you may want to buy all three of the knobs so that they match.
thats where i got mine from.
