I wouldn't use the word slick. I think women cheat more effectively. Often times, there isn't anything slick about what she did. They get out of it what they set out to get, whether it be cheap sex, affection, or attention. Yes, that's right.. not every woman is seeking attention or affection- some of us just want sex and nothing more. This type of women probably can cheat the easiest because she won't be as reminiscent about the situation as a woman lacking affection would. The woman lacking affection will keep going back to the guy- eventually she'll get caught. The woman just wanting sex can walk away knowing she had great sex and not think anymore about the guy. I'm generalizing for the sake of conversation. Not all men suck at cheating and get caught easily. Just like, not all women are good at it and get away with it.
The difference I've noticed is this, most times, men lie about it. Lying about it only makes the person you're lying to feel like you're underestimating their intelligence. Men get nervous because they know they've done something wrong and have no justification. Most times, women won't lie about it. They'll give you a reason why it happened.. and most of the time, the reason will be as a direct result of something the man did- which makes her cheating his fault. When you justify to yourself that what you're doing is okay, you have no guilt about it. When you have no guilt, it shows.
Not to mention, you'll find more men willing to cheat with a married woman than you'll find women willing to cheat with a married man. Some women have a different set of values where they'll consider the feelings of the cheated on wife. Most men couldn't care less about the man a woman has at home.

Yeah, women is more slicker because we dont get caught we cover are tracks and we dont do the things men do when they cheat that is why we are more slicker

I agree with Keebler. Most of the time, it takes a lot for a woman to go through the cheating process. Also, women generally are more :thoughtful" than men. So we are extra careful!

Depends on the person. Men cheat for sex woman cheat for emotional reasons. When a committed woman decides to cheat she probably wont go back to the guy because she has given her heart away to another.

well around here in Stilwell it is easier for women to cheat because we can keep a secret and guys think they have to brag about everything they do. but most of the times the gurl the guy cheats with is always a slut but everyone knows to not mess with my man.
