Are Bengal kittens born without whiskers, how long does it take for the whiskers to grow in fully?

they can be, but normally not. if they dont have them yet, give it a few weeks..my kitten didnt get get his fully until he was a few months old.

The Daily Kitten, has a Bengal Kitten today. It is seven weeks old I believe, and the person said it has all it's whiskers now. SO it is possible that they are born without whiskers.
