Okay, all you have to do is exercise a little - you're very over-weight, so don't go crazy on exercise - and then divide up what you eat daily into several small meals, instead of three big ones!
Start off by walking. Every day, add a little more to your walk. Walk at as brisk a pace as you can take. Walk a mile for the first day, then the next day, do a mile and 1/10th - then add 1/10th every day - pretty soon, you'll be walking five miles a day, and you won't even notice!
Eating - have a descent breakfast - that way, you don't snack all the way up until lunch, and you get a good start to your morning. One of my favorites is two eggs scrambled, a slice of toast with margarine and a little jelly, and a small glass of orange juice.
About mid-way between lunch and breakfast, have a little snack - maybe a couple of graham crackers, or some fruit (a banana, an apple, etc.) - or even a small salad with lite dressing (very little, just enough to flavor it).
Lunch - doesn't have to be big - you're not going to be that hungry with the snack between breakfast and lunch anyway - have a salad, but don't forget the meat - you're going to need protein to get you through your day. Have a salad with grilled chicken, or better yet - salmon - low fat - high in omega3 fatty acids, etc. Very good for you. Again, light dressing, and not much. I like a chicken or salmon caesar.
Between lunch and dinner (say, around 3:00 PM) have another snack. Something fun, this time. Maybe a snickers bar - or possibly some pudding or a small slice of pie/cake. No harm in that!
You won't be hungry again until dinner!
At dinner time, again, keep it light. You'll feel better when you go to bed.
Between dinner and bed - don't eat anything. It's best not to eat anything after dinner. Let your dinner settle, watch some TV, and go to bed.
Get up in the morning and do it again! You'll get used to it after a while. The walking will help.
One more thing - drop the sodas, and drink lots of water. Water, water, water - there are no calories in it, your body needs it, and you'll watch the pounds drop from your body - no kidding.
Don't drink a lot of fruit juice or athletic drinks (gatorade, powerade, etc.) - that stuff (yes, even fruit juice) is FULL of SUGAR!
If you drink sodas, drink diet - no sugar, no calories, and you still get the soda flavor. Don't depend on this, though - and don't let it replace your water intake.
Good luck!!

To lose weight, you need to reduce the calorie intake by some amount. It is important to develop a healthy diet , so that body receives sufficient nutrients even as you try to lose weight. Check the calorie count of the food you eat. A diet without sufficient nutrients like vitamins and minerals will only increase your appetite when you are trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan to lose weight , additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles to increase the metabolic rate. Small changes in your diet can help you lose a lot of weight. For long term fat loss, the exercise program should consist of a combination of weight training and aerobic exercises. I too am on your same quest and started out with the same amount to lose. It will not come off easy because when you start exercising you have to burn more than you take in to lose weight. It sucks but you got that way so only you can undo it also. Start exercising, any kind of movement that raises you heart rate for 30 min and day and try to work up to longer mayber a hour or 2 30 min sessions and STOP eating processed or premade food, start cooking your own food (vegs, meat, fruit, rice and such). You have to be serious not diet, it has to be a whole life change. Good Luck

The Weight Watchers program has been shown time and again to be the most effective at helping people lose and keep off extra pounds. Other "fad" diets may get you off to a quicker start, but they're hard to sustain over a long period of time. WW teaches you healthy eating habits so you can maintain your ideal weight once you get there.
Whatever diet you decide to follow, good luck! And remember, don't beat yourself up if you stray from the diet occasionally. Just strengthen your resolve and get right back on it!

You need to combine exercise with o good, healthy diet. Stay off the fatty, fried foods and don't eat sugary snacks. Eat lean protein with every meal and make sure you are getting plenty of vegetables. Don't eat too much starch, go for fiber. Exercise doing a combination of resistance training and cardio. Water, water, water! If you do this and the diet, you'll shed pounds like crazy!

Calorie Restricted Diet will add years to your life and your looks will be much younger. Eat lots of vegetables and stay away from carbs, salt, and sugar. Some think fruit is a good diet, but most are full of sugar. Eat white meat and stay away from red meat. If you need to snack, have a bag of carrots or a few celery sticks handy with some fat free salad dressing to dunk them in for flavor. Drink water, exercise, and buy a mirror for motivation.

If you're in the UK you can go to Slimming World, their diets are just fab and you can eat all day and night if you want to. It's the strangest diet that I ever went on and I lost 23lbs (and I didn't need to lose that much either!). I never thought that it'd work and it's wonderful. I never need to go hungry and the food is fab too. The website is www.slimming-world.co.uk
Good luck!

First of all see a doctor and a nutritionist. Then make sure you are eating lots of fruits and vegetables, cut out red meats and processed foods as well as fried food and butters. There are lots of great substitutes now but really you need medical assistance to loose the weight and stay healthy.
