I've been on my medication for a year now and I have practically no sex drive. My fiance has really been complaining lately. I wanted to know before I go see my doctor if anyone else has had this problem and how did you fix it.

I was on Lexapro for less than 3 days when my libido disappeared along with the ability to ejaculate - it is a very common problem. I quit due to that and a number of other unpleasant side effects (insomnia chief among them). Maybe a switch in your medication will make things better, but probably not. You may have to just accomodate your fiance's sex drive and hope things get better

yep, i have had those side affects with anti-depressants, they make pills of that kind now that barely effect the sex drive, i would seriously go to the doctor and tell him/her whats up and that you need help. He will either switch you to a new drug or give you another drug to help with the sex drive.

Yeah, I am on Bu-Spar (Busparine) and lost my sex drive for a while, but got it back once I got used to my meds.

Yes I was on Zoloft and had to get off.......I wasn't depressed but almost divorced:-)
