Water has a bland taste but most of the fruit waters out there dont taste very good. Try drinking more pure juices and if you can squeeze your own. Or you can just eat more fruit that contains water or good liquids to keep you hydrated. Yummy examples are watermelon, oranges, nectarines, mango. They are all good. You don't need to drink like a fish but keeping you hydrated is important. If you do drink water try to just drink water that has been purified in a brita or just tap. Most bottled water has the nutrients already taken out.

Water is still your best bet. Avoid Crystal Lite because of artificial sweeteners if you're concerned about health benefits. If you really can't stand the taste (or lack thereof) of plain water, squeeze a little lemon juice into it.

Crystal light is a great alternative to just plain water, it contains only five calories per serving and they now sell individual packets that you can slide in your purse and make your own at a resturant. It comes in great different flavors. Another alternative is flavored water, dasani had great flavors.

Try the crystal light packet thing you don't need to add sugar or anything and it tastes better than water. Hope you enjoy water.

There are several out there. Go to the store and look on the powdered drink areas. The raspberry and peach teas are good.

Try naturally flavored seltzer water. There are many brands and tons of flavors. I love plain seltzer with squeezed lemon in it.
Crystal light has artificial junk it so avoid that and I think Fruit2O has added sugar or corn syrup...yuck!

I replaced soda with any kind of fizzy water. Like Perrier, club soda, etc... So I'd still get the fizz that I missed from soda. I lost a lot of weight that way!
