Placed on a hot grill until the skin blisters and is almost black, deep fry until skin blisters or roast until skin is almost black. Place in a bowl and cover with cling film/plastic wrap for 30 mins. Then get some cold water, peel the peppers and dip your fingers the the water as they still will hot to the touch.. Hope that helps..

You don't have to. If you have gas, turn the pepper over the flame until it chars, put it into a plastic bag and leave it for a few minutes. If you then run it under cold water the outer skin should come off easily. You could do the same thin on a glass hob, but you'll have to clean the hob afterwards. Same goes for an electric radiant plate. Failing that stick it under the grill and proceed as above.

Boil some water put the peppers in it for 30 seconds to a minute. test an area to see if the peel comes off. if it does plunge the pepper into ice cold water(water with ice in it)
then peel the pepper

If you have a cooking blow torch ,use that to blacken the skin or put it under a hot grill. Then put the pepper whilst it is still hot into a poly bag and seal it.leave it a few minutes and the skin will peel off easily.

Roasting the pepper until the skin turns black is the best way. Whether its done over open flame or on a skillet. When its roasted put in plastic bag the steam helps loosen the skin.

If you drop them in boiling water the skin will start to come right off. Or, roasting them, will cause the same effect. It'll be hard to try to peel a raw pepper. . .

Plunge it into boiling water for a couple of minutes or blister the skin under a broiler and place into paper bag to sweat before peeling.

hold the pepper over a naked flame turning it every now and again until the skin goes black and blisters then it should be easy to peel off by hand!

grill it and wait for the skin to go black. after taking out and leaving to cool for a few minutes the skin will just peel off (can be a bit messy.) you can also put them in boiling water for a few minutes but then you don't get a lovely grilled flavour.
