I would not think it is hard to get in they are always short of prison officers. I have never been in a prison but I did live near Wormwood Scrubs and I understand people do not like living near prison officers so maybe they are not nice people who knows

She has to be overweight, miserable and a lesbian, with a bad attitude and a body odour problem. And she must enjoy torturing people mentally and physically, but other than that it's an easy job to get into and quite easy to do, basically involving shouting at people in cages and occasionally hitting them with a big stick.
