I have new neighbors and they are really noisie on the weekends and it runs into the eairly mornings

I believe in most cities it is around 10P.M. during the week and 11P.M on the weekends, that you cannot have noise that is distracting to your neighbors. that must be horrible, did you try to talk to your neighbors, perhaps they do not realize it is annoying to you? Good luck.

Go to your citys web site there should be a copy of the city ordances there if not go down to the local police station or contact your animal control officer they will give you a copy.
