Anybody out there use archive quality glue for any crafts, etc, that has a reccomendation?

studio-tac is great, it comes repositional and more permanent varieties, we use it for mounting fine art prints, photos, and graphic design projects. It isn't a glue, perse, in that it's a sheet of sticky dots that burnish to one part of a project, then the other part is burnished onto the burnished-on studio tac. It's archival, or it wouldn't be used for such sensitive applications, but I"m not sure about water-solubility. I would look for something in the spray-on department for that, like a photographic fixative, or even if spary isn't a good choice for you, adhesive/mouning tissue. This has to be heated though, and I haven't had much personal experience with it.

PVA glue has a neutral Ph, and dries completely clear and is especially used for archival photography. You can purchase it at Lightimpressions.com
