Buy her an outfit to show off her new body! Or get her hair done. Maybe a pair of nice earrings. What ever you decide will be good! You seem like a good sister. Tell her to keep up the good work and stay on that strict diet.

Maybe a gym membership or something personal that has nothing to do with her appearance.
Jewelry, some other keepsake, or take her out for a fun night on the town.
