I have to say I am sorry for what you're going through I once lived next door to a blind pianist who took to playing piano at 2 in the morning!! The other neighbours complained beforee I did so it soon stopped. but Its the funniest question I've read all day it made me laugh my head off. Have you knocked on the door and asked him nicely if he could turn it down a bit? You might be suprised at his reaction he possibly has no idea you are suffering. Can he even sing good? You could be really polite about this and say you are finding it hard to get any relaxation at home due to the constant noise and would he mind not using a microphone. if you live in an apartment, call and report him to the office, or make flyers and send them out telling everyone about karaoke night at his place-i bet after everyone knows his annoying little secret he might shut up!

shout out simon cowells at your door. no seriously you need to knock on his door and explain that you cant stand his singing, that he is too loud and if he dont stop you will be inserting the microphone up his bottom.but do it nicely with a smile on your face and a bodyguard at the ready, you dont know how he will react.

talk to him and tell him you just don't appreciate it, tell him, if he just can't stop doing karaoke he could at least turn down the volume so you can't hear it. Be nice and polite to him and say PLEASE. If he gets mad and says no, you can always call the police and report a noise disturbance.

Well what I would do.
When I see him I would say to him with a big smile "was that you I heard singing" He would feel great and say " yes it was did you like it" with that tell that he sounds brutal, This should embarrass him into singing a bit quieter for fear of being heard.

you call the cops. if your neighbourg is too loud, and doesn't respect your privacy, then call the cop.
well, first, ask him to shut up (nicely) and if he doesn't understand, call the cops next time he sings karaoke.
