Well, if everyone had RESPECT for fellow humans, that would be a great start. Trouble is, people think for some reason that they have to prove their point - rather than simply state their point, and let it go.
Treat all people the way you want to be treated,
The Golden Rule - 'do unto others as you would have others do unto you'. Most religions preach this, too bad they don't practice what they preach.
