Any of the websites can get you the correct information regarding address or a phone number. If you're filing for an S-Corporation or C-Corporation, the deadline passed a couple weeks ago. However, Partnerships, Trusts & Individuals had an extension date through October 15th (October 16th this year due to the weekend). Although you will be penalized for not filing an extension, you still have two weeks to get your paperwork in order & file.
Many CPAs or tax preparers are very busy right now, but some may have the ability to take on a new client to help with your tax preparation & dealing with the IRS.
The main thing is, take care of all of this soon so that the IRS doesn't assess additional penalties.

Why would they care?
Did they contact you? If they sent you a letter then respond to the addresss on the letter, include a copy of the letter with your response with supporting documentation as to why you would not have to file.
Other then that the IRS does not want you to write to them.
If you should have filed then file a return, even if it has all Zeros on it, sign it and mail it out, mark it as FINAL if that applies (only for business returns), or put your date of death to make a personal return final.
