is it safe to delete? my anti virus says it has a virus but it is located in the system32 folder, if i delete it maybe windows will stop running or wont boot again. do you have the same file? what are your thoughts?

It is a known virus. Many viruses end up in the system32 folder, so its no big deal. Use your anti-vius to delete it.

It's a virus...Troj/Zlob-RF Trojan to be exact. Delete it ASAP.

I do not have that on my computer. it is up to you to take the risk by deleting it.
