Yes. But most of the time friends become lovers and then later on they brake up but it ruins the friendship. So if you have a friend and you want to be more than just friends make sure you really like the person.

I think that is the best way to start a realtionship!!! Why wouldnt it be? I mean, if you already hang out and have fun and are good friends, than youll be perfect as boyfriend and girlfriend. It is politicals obviosly :P lol
