Digital cameras can be downloaded to your computer. 35mm cameras are film cameras. They both feature Manual and Automatic settings. Digital can be viewed on a screen on the back of the camera, and you have the option to keep it, delete it, or download it straight to your computer or printer. Film cameras, the film has to be sent away and prossesed in a dark room. They have some inexpensive Digital cameras on the market. I buy all my Photographing equipment, and I have over $3000.00 invested at. http://www.bhphoto.com They are real fast in shipping, They have a wide veriety of Digital and Film cameras, and lots of customer support for people that need help in selecting the type needed. I sure hope this helps you out. It can really be confusing somtimes.

By manual camera you probably mean a mechanical, or film camera. With some places, you can get a CD made of your shots when you have the film developed. Or you can scan the negatives yourself. This allows you to put the pictures on your computer.
With a digital camera, you don't have to go through any extra steps - you can plug the camera directly into your computer.

You can get either a digital or a film camera, only digital are uploadable unless you scan the prints yourself or get the developers to digitize the role.

You cant upload prints unless they are digital. If you are not a keen photogrrapher and want to upload then just get a digital one. The prices vary hugely so I cant recommend any. Go to a camera shop and ask them.

do you mean a film camera?

basically you can buy a film camera and use a scanner or a negative scanner to put them onto your computer.

Then you have both a hard copy and an electronic copy.

film is SOOOO much better but also you have to think of the cost of processing it.
