my emotions exploded early this morning. I sobbed for like two hours. I was on the floor a mess. Why did I cry? Because my son died four years ago and I miss him , I cried because I have some health issues. one being insonomia. Also I cried because my X is constantly punishing me for leaving him .
Then I cried because I am in love with a man who feels he can never have a long term relationship again. So.........why does he hold me and kiss me, and come over almost every night.

It was just a time when the tears caught up wtih me and I was ready for a good all around cry. My emotions were in high gear.

Last night - got to thinking about the state of my life, my relationship with my mom & my children - I felt completely inadequate & felt that I could be doing so much better than I am/have been. Had a good cry, wiped my eyes & tried to get some sleep - vowing to become a better person, do a better job, have more patience, hold my tongue, etc. Heaven help me.
