They may be the side effects of diet pills.Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. They have severe side effects. Some weight loss pills may help a person lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

Because they contain drugs that are very similar to speed, cocaine, crack, meth...
Seriously... all of these drugs are "uppers", they increase your heart rate, the constrict your blood vessels, thereby increasing your metabolism. They can make you feel jittery and put a strain on your heart. They are really not good for people and should be taken off the market as many people have died of heart attacks from being on them or have permanently damaged their hearts. I think they finally took ephedra off the market (one of the worst ones), but there are still drugs like it with similar effects in those diet supplements.

Some supplements increase your metabolsm...make the heart beat faster and raise blood pressure.
If you are having a problem, stop taking the supplement.
Heart pain or weird feeling could be extremely hazardous to your health and even your life.

A lot of them contain ephedrine which, although is legal in a lot of countries, is very harmful to your health. Its found in a lot of diet pills (as a appetite suppressant) and in cold medicine. Basically, to cut a long story short, its a herbal form of "speed".
A lot of people take it when out partying because it is seen as a "legal drug".
There are all sorts of complications that it can cause, from problems from heart problems to respiratory problems.

get off them now there horrible things I felt worse when taking them than when I was not happy with my wight I may have been 11'6 but I felt ok but when I did that I was 11'4 and felt like crap was not worth a couple of pounds , I would eat the correct way and stop buying them then safe your money for a stepper may be 2 months until you can afford it but it will burn the fat faster and you will feel good within as well.

i imagine of it truly is fairly complicated to ever journey it... the heart beat starts off beating as right away as 5 weeks... yet each and every each and every now and then even at 9 or 10 weeks you heavily isn't waiting to pay interest it yet... in a lot of circumstances you will pay interest it even if round 8-12 weeks.
