Buy a package of frozen pie crusts - already in the aluminum pie plate. But a deep dish one.

Shred up some rotissiere chicken 2 cups or so and put in a bowl (or any chicken, could be boiled, baked, whatever)
Add 1 or 2 cans of drained mixed veggies (veg-all is the brand I find around here) add to bowl
Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup to bown
salt, pepper - a few dashes

Mix the bowl ingredients together, pour into pie plate
turn over the secon pie plate on top of the first, and you should be able to peel the crust out and put on top of the first (I always tear off the edges first)

Takes a little hand work - and I do mean a minimal amount to get the crust attached to the bottom.

Snip 2 holes in the top, bake at 350 (whatever the pie crust directions say for about 40 minutes.

Good luck
