19 to 16 is not that much of a diffrence. You like her so whats the problem, just stay with her.

ah yeah, it could be a problem. Personally I am a PK myself.
Righ now there is a huge difference between the ages of 19 and 16.. Ten years from now at ages 26 a nd 29 your age difference won't matter.

SEcrets often hurt people. I can't tell you what to do, just be cautious. Your parents might not mind the two of you taking it slow until a couple of years when your age difference isn't much.

Pray about it........thats the best way to come to peace with that.

A nd I really think she is way too close in age to be working in the youth department

I think you need to back off.....Also , since she is a youth leader she should know better than to mess around with one of the youth in her group.

OK so there is an age difference so what. Do you think you have a future, if so then when are you 17 try and wait till then to make it public, but if there is no future then end it ASAP

You'll eventually get caught. Everyone usually does. If her family doesn't want you to "date", will they allow you to hang out at their house, etc.? If you really like her, you'll make adjustments to being with her, until her family accepts it. You may feel that it's not fair - but life rarely is - if she cares for you, and you for her, this can work out - but maybe not as quickly as you'd like. Be upfront about your relationship. Honesty goes a long way with parents.

Ok, well if you two are smart about it and be discreet, you should be fine. No public displays of affection or telling anybody about it

If you're not comfortable it will start to show sooner or later. SO I think you should let her know and call it quits.

P.S. It's always the quiet ones.....
