Depends on what your natural urge is and what and who it will effect. If my natural urge is to be with Guy A. sexually, but he's dating Girl B. and has no desire to be with me, if I indulged my urges, I'd be hurting a lot of people.

Totally depends on the time, place, and type of "urge".
