It is a Juvenal joke and as a person gets older they seem non funny such as these jokes.
What black, white and red (Read) all over --- a newspaper
What has four wheels and flies (Flies) ---- a garbage truck
If a rooster layed a n egg on the peak of a roof which way would it fall ----- rooster don't lay eggs

Well, people used to say that joke "why did the chicken cross the road?" because you're expecting a clever answer, but all the answer is is "to get to the other side" because that would be the obvious reason... I didn't get that either, lol... but for some reason I still laugh when I hear it lol...
