Certainly, why not? Some better than others - even a bark can been seen as singing, but usually more like shouting! My dog sings to my very bad violing playing!

Oh yes dogs can sing,a friend of mine had a dog and when I used to vist them the dog used to sing to me.

We had a dog that loved anybody to play the piano. As soon as the lid of the piano opened and the first note sounded, he would try to howl in tune.
It was a real party piece.
