Hi. It sure is nice to see a teacher who cares about her Spanish speaking students. In my classroom I often tell students "Es un placer verte hoy." pronounced Es oon plah-ser ver-te oy. Which is more like "It's a pleasure to see you today". They always seem to appreciate that.
Here's a good list of phrases to use in the classroom with a pronounciation guide

You can say, "gusto en verte" or "Que bueno verte de nuevo"
either one is fine and it will make your students feel at home

Literally means "Es bueno verte", but it has no sense in Spanish, we translate it as "Me alegro de verte" which is translated as "nice to see you".

Go to http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr and you can translate many many languages there on thier site. You can print out the translation also. But it is not going to help if you do not know how to pronuonciate the words.

just try some free translation sites, they arent great for doing whole pages
tip " i love you" turnes into "i want you" when put into spanish then if you translate "i want you" to spanish it turnes into "i want it"
not a great first impression on spanish neibors....
