You're asking God to kill someone for you. In your heart you wanted to kill him but couldnt because you are afraid to kill and violate His commandment and suffer the consequences of murder. You pray instead that the source of life take away the life of someone you hate.
It's okay if God grants it. Be thankful. He heard you.
When you die, God will call you and say, "My child, how unfair you have been to this enemy of yours. Did I not tell you to love your enemy and do good to those who hate your?"

Yes, it is wrong. If somebody has wronged you to that point, you can rest assured God WILL get them, one way or the other, without you asking Him to. Praying for it to happen only brings you down to their level.

Of course it is wrong. But don't worry. If you prayed that, he ignored the request. Ask God to straighten out the person who wronged you and to forgive your desire for murder. He can work miracles.

It shows a bad heart condition
Yes, it is up to God to enact punishment, but it is he that judges.
Don't ask.
Forgive the person and move on in life.
Whatever he done to you was seen by God, and one way or another, justice will prevail.
