Seriously though, you have to be careful what you order, sometimes it's too spicy. There are four levels of hotness you can order (lemon and herb, mild, strong and extra strong)
I like hot food but I find that the mild is about as strong as I can take.
It's good for vegetarians too.

I love Nandos, I first went in Brighton and loved it so much we went back for dinner the next night as well, whenever we go to Brighton we visit that restaurant. There are several near to me, the best one is in the 02 centre at Finchley Road in London, although the one in Kentish Town is also nice. I love the mango and lime marinade, although it seems to be seasonal and you can't always get it. I have a half chicken and chips and perinaise when I go.

Nando's is a good resturant, but it does depend on which one you go to.
But one good thing about Nando's is it's a great place to hang out with friends because it's a really relaxed atmosphere.

I like Nando's but I don't like other people presuming that just because I'm a vegetarian, I can't enjoy a meal there. That's simply not the case - their vegetarian-suitable choices are delicious!!

You mean Nando's restaurants? I didn't even know they existed. If u mean sauces, I recommend hot peri-peri marinade, it goes with anything, particularly good in risotto or chilli. The bbq sauce is good on pork chops-oops, there I go upsetting the vegetarians again....

I love it! Beats crappy McDonalds any day, but it *is* a tad expensive for what you get. I love the marinades you can buy in the supermarkets too - I like the garlic & chili one and the Extra Hot one! Yes! Marinade chicken butterflied breasts overnight in extra hot marinade, grill the meat, fry up some onions and peppers, and whack it all between two round toasted nan breads (I brush them with butter then grill them) with some sour cream and salsa! Fantastic!
