You should contact the manufacturer of your camera and tell them that the sliding door on your digital camera is broken and you lost it and you need another one. They will tell you if your camera can be repaired or if you need to replace it. You will be given the address of an authorized service center. Please go only there instead of someplace this is not authorized.

Depending on the make and model of the camera, it is possible that you can send it back to the manufacturer for repair. Due to not list any information about the camera, so I can not give you more specific advice other than to do a google search for that camera manufacturer.

Check the manufacturer's website for info on repairs. Now might be a good time to get another camera.

It can be repaired but you might be better off buying a new one. Usually the cost of repairing is so expensive and sometimes when they cannot repair, they might give you just a refurbish one.

every thing can be repaired - it is only a matter of price.
maybe - it is cheaper to buy a new camera...
(you didn't mention its type, price etc...)
you just have to ask any dealer ot the producer (even by mail).
