First of all, when you lie, you have to tell another one to back it up. soon, your whole life is a lie and no one wins.
Look gangs are not the way to go and life in them are brutal. Look at the number of people killed daily because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time. On someone Else's turf or passing thru another gangs area. Not the best way to live do you think?? If you go to visit a friend, and they live in a rivals turf, YOU become a target.
Its something you need to stay clear of and if your BF really loves you and cares for you, he will understand and, again, IF HE CARES he will stay with you.

First of all you shouldn't want to lie for anyone or anything! Why can't you just be yourself? Once you start a lie, it ends up everything after that becomes a lie as well!
If you have to lie, then I would say maybe something like

Sunny you should never lie just to make friends or be someone you are not!

Why would you do this? You can only get into trouble and be back on here in a week crying about having lied and now you may be caught and what on earth should you do now????
If they are trouble and you don't want them to know your real ID then stay away from them for your own good.
If they are a good group, then be truthful with them and don't play these games.

Why the heck do you want to change your name?
First of all, if he doesn't like your name, that's his problem, sucka!
Second of all, If you change your name, somebody can find out, and then something happens which starts a whole mess, and then the boy and his gang find out you were lying and then they get really mad, etc.
THen you'll be mad at yourself and the person who blew you off, but really the person who blew you off didn't do anything, and then you'll be thinking " Why did I lie in the first place?"
