yes, and no.. you must be a legal, PERMANENT Resident of the US with a Green card in order to enlist. since we no longer have any bases in the PI, the agreement we had with them to allow Filipinos to enlist straight from the PI is no longer valid.

I would think not!!

Only due to fact that your not a citizen and therefore learning our methods of training and tactics that given vital information be used against us in ongoing or future confrontations.

However, I am not certain if it is possible or not this is just why I wouldn't agree whole heartedly with the idea of it.

Its not to go with out saying that someone who is or was a part of the armed forces couldn't already do this but why open the doors to a greater possiblity to the chances of something like that happening.

yes you can, i've been in for 15 years and have had several friends who didn't have citizenship when they enlisted, but later on went and got it. the only thing is they cannot be stationed on any nuclear powered vessel
