If someone is continuing living in sin, is non repentant, God will eventually just take that person home, assuming it is a Christian. God won't do this with non-believers, He won't end their physical lives prematurely. But if Christians are continually sinning, and bringing shame onto the Church, Christ will end their physical life, but their eternal life is still sealed.

All sin leads to death without the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Even with him, unrepentant sin that continues to be practiced or blasphemy of the holy spirit would lead to death.

I'm not sure but it sounds like a sin commited that no one had the time to repent and they died......
